Dropping off procedure It is the responsibility of all the parents/carers to ensure that the children arrive safely in the hall. You must park outside the school grounds and walk up the path to the school. Please do not arrive any earlier than 8.00am—we cannot let anyone in before this time. |
|
Policies - Keeping your child safe Everyone is welcome to view our policy file at any time. You will normally find it located on a table at the front of the hall. In this file you will be able to read policies covering confidentiality, equal opportunities, behaviour, health and safety and complaints procedure to name but a few! You may wish to request a copy of all the policies to read at your leisure. |

Child protection Documentation of all children will be kept in a locked cabinet and confidentiality will be respected at all times. Information collated by the staff will only be given to appropriate persons if deemed necessary, who will then act upon the information in the best interests of the child, using the code of practice agreed by the child protection department. If a member of staff suspects that a child is at risk, the Breakfast Club co-ordinator will endeavour to discuss the matter with the parents before taking action with the local authority. |
