Children's Mental Health Week
We celebrated Children's Mental Health Week by thinking carefully about our mental health and how we can look after it so we can be happy and positive people. It is critically important that adults proactively give children the skills to care for their mental health in the same way we do their physical health. Each year group approached the week slightly differently depending on the age of the children. However, the theme was the same - we will grow together, learning how to deal with the challenges that we face by looking after our own mental wellbeing and knowing where we can get support if we are struggling.
