Window Wonderland

Hatton Hill spirits could not be dampened even on possibly the rainiest day this year! Our Covid-friendly grotto was a huge success as children visited Father Christmas in his cosy teepee tent. It was far less cosy outside! I am full of admiration for the parents who did not let the wet weather deter them; and appreciate the kind messages of thanks we have received. My staff were amazing! Not only did they create the incredible window designs, but many stood in rain for hours welcoming guests. As one of our parents said: All of Santa’s little helpers are a true asset to the school. Despite the pouring rain and blowing winds all were jolly and helpful. I agree wholeheartedly and it was all worth it to see the pleasure on our children's faces!
