Hatton Hill Primary School Modular Delivery Commencing on Tuesday 16th September 2025
As you may be aware, work has started on a new building at Hatton Hill Primary School.
Sefton Council have employed Wernick Buildings to provide a brand-new modular building for their future use.
One of the advantages of using modular construction is that most of the work, tradesmen, noise, and waste are contained within our factory in South Wales. This can reduce the time spent on site by up to 50% compared to traditional methods. Reducing the time spent on site not only saves money, but also saves on noise, dust and disruption to the area.
Unfortunately, one of the disadvantages of using modular construction is the size of the delivery vehicles, and the room that those vehicles require to get into the site.
There will be two days in September when we will need to deliver 14 modules onto the site and unload them with a crane. Presently, those days are Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th September. Deliveries will be made on both days only between 9am and 5pm.
On the above days, can we politely ask that you refrain from parking on the road outside your house and/or directly opposite on Alwyn Avenue.
We will need all the available road space to manoeuvre the modules into the site.
