Year 2 visited Calderbank Park’s Storybarn, enjoying a day of adventure dedicated to books and the great outdoors. The children had a wonderful day, using their imagination and taking part in many fun activities. They searched for fairy doors, got dressed up, listened to stories and used props to create our own, unique stories. Children also explored the park and had lots of opportunities to be imaginative- such as deciding upon a character who lives at the bottom of the pond. The staff at the Storybarn enjoyed working with our classes and commented how well behaved and enthusiastic they were.
