The Sefton swimming gala was a triumph of determination and teamwork, with all of our children powering through the heats to earn places in every final. Their hard work paid off with an impressive 4th place overall out of 8 teams. Ruby shone brightly, taking first place in the backstroke and Mark was tremendous in the breaststroke. Amelia delivered a fantastic swim to secure second in the front crawl, while Alyssa showed great strength and technique to claim third in the breaststroke. Every swimmer gave their all, supporting one another and celebrating each success. Tippi, Ruby, Amelia and Alyssa missed out on third by milliseconds in the freestyle relay, with the same outcome for Zac, Dylan, Daniel and Mark - it was nail biting! A brilliant effort from a brilliant team - well done.
